Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident subscribing to Zodovia. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for all payment methods.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us through any of these channels:

Include the email address associated with your Zodovia account. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
2. Refund Methods by Payment Type
International payments
Refunds for international PayPal payments will be returned through PayPal or the original payment method where possible.
Bank Transfer (LKR payments)
Refunds for bank transfer payments are made via direct bank transfer to a Sri Lankan bank account you provide. We process the transfer within 3 business days of your refund request. Please provide your bank account details (bank name, account number, account holder name, and branch) when requesting a refund.
3. Subscription Renewals
Refunds are not issued for subscription renewals. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel by contacting us at any time — you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
4. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period, except in the case of the 7-day guarantee or where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
5. Bank Transfer — Non-Renewal
For bank transfer subscribers, your plan simply does not renew if you do not make another transfer at the end of your billing period. There is no automatic charge and therefore no cancellation action required. Access stops automatically at the end of the paid period.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of our Terms of Service.
