Welcome to Zodovia ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website at zodovia.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Zodovia

Zodovia is an astrology-based personal guidance platform that provides personalised birth chart readings, daily horoscopes, and life guidance generated using artificial intelligence. Our services are for entertainment and personal self-reflection purposes only. We do not claim to predict the future and do not provide professional advice of any kind.

Important disclaimer: Zodovia content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on astrological content. Please seek qualified professional advice for serious matters.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zodovia or create an account. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at zodovia.lk@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Paid Services

Zodovia offers a paid subscription ("Premium"). The Premium subscription includes a full birth chart, personalised daily horoscopes, forecasts, compatibility readings, and additional features as described on our pricing page.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

We accept payments through the following methods:

• International payments — PayPal payments are available in USD for international customers.
• Bank Transfer (LKR) — Direct bank transfer to our Sri Lankan bank account. Activation is processed upon receipt of proof of payment.

PayPal subscriptions may renew according to the selected PayPal plan until cancelled. Bank transfer subscriptions do not auto-renew — your access simply stops at the end of your paid period if you do not re-transfer. To cancel early or request a refund, contact us at zodovia.lk@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy our content
• Submit false or misleading information

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Zodovia — including readings, horoscopes, designs, and code — is owned by Zodovia or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. The personalised readings we generate for you are for your personal use only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zodovia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Astrological readings are for entertainment and personal self-reflection purposes only. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our content for any particular purpose. Do not make financial, medical, legal, relationship, or other important life decisions based solely on astrological content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zodovia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Personal Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka (PDPA). We collect only the data necessary to provide our service, and we process it lawfully, fairly, and transparently. Your rights under the PDPA include the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of Zodovia after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
